Glamour recently asked the cast of Grey's Anatomy to spill a few "secrets" about each other, and this is what they said about Sandra Oh:

Who is the cast member that takes their work the most seriously?

Chandra Wilson: Sandra Oh. She puts little post-it notes all throughout her script, and I take them and move them all around! It pisses her off! [Laughs] 

James Pickens, Jr.: I think Sandra Oh is probably one of the most dedicated actresses. I wish I had her work ethic. And Chandra drives Sandra crazy with her post-its! She’s done it since day one. Drives her crazy! 

Kevin McKidd: The obvious answer is Sandra Oh. She has notes all over her scripts, and then Chandra rearranges them! Drives her crazy!

The cast member you socialize with most outside of work:

Chandra Wilson: Probably Sandra Oh. 

Justin Chambers: Of the original ones, T.R. [Knight], Katie [Heigl], plus Sandra Oh. Ellen [Pompeo]. [...] You work with these people for so long, they do sort of become like family.

Extended interview with Sandra Oh's costar, the always kind Kevin McKidd, on Sandra's departure from Grey's Anatomy later this upcoming season:

The Hollywood Reporter: Were you surprised to hear that Sandra Oh was leaving?

Kevin McKidd: Sandra and I have been friends for as long as we've worked together, so I had a feeling it might be coming and that it was the right time for her. Selfishly, I was hoping and wishing she might make a different choice and decide to stay because I love working with her. I've had the great fortune and luck to be her acting partner and for her to be my acting partner for the last half a decade. It wasn't a surprise; I was aware of where she's at but was wishing and hoping that despite all that she might stick around so I might get to still act with her. It wasn't a surprise, but I was still sad when she told me.

THR: What was your conversation with Sandra like when she told you?

McKidd: It wasn't a long conversation; I just got really sad. I'm really happy for her, too, because it's the right thing for her right now, too, to take that new step forward in her life and career. She's an amazing talent. She has so many parts that she needs to play and work she needs to tackle, so it's obviously the right time for her. I'm happy for her, but I'm sad for me. (Laughs.)

Sandra Oh, Chandra Wilson and Justin Chambers Run For 'CureMito!' - Photos

Sandra Oh and her Grey's Anatomy co-stars, Justin Chambers and Chandra Wilson, ran the Rock'n'Roll mini-marathon yesterday in Pasadena in order to raise funds for research for the organisation CureMito!, who helps children who suffer from mitochondrial disease.

Sandra and Justin came out in support of Chandra Wilson, who is an ambassador for the organisation, and her daughter, who has been diagnosed with the condition. To learn more, please visit Curemito.org.

Grey's Anatomy: Cause They're Gonna Be Cool Happy Genius Heroes

This season of Grey's Anatomy has been mainly about the aftermath of the plane crash from the season finale and the somewhat unbelievable lawsuit storyline. In a recent interview Sandra Oh's co-star Jessica Capshaw talked about what may happen next and about working more closely than ever before with Sandra Oh, Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey and Sara Ramirez:

You have no idea. There’s some stuff a-brewing. We’re in the middle of doing stuff that has to do with that and it’s pretty kick-ass. 

TVLINE | The speculation is that all of you will pool your awards and “save” the hospital. 

That’s the speculation? I love it. That would be great! This week is the first you see that the hospital is in trouble, and…. It’s sure not the Chief Webber days, is it! 

TVLINE | How has that aspect of the “survivors” storyline been for you? 

For the last couple of episodes, you’ve seen a unique grouping of characters. Ellen [Pompeo], Patrick [Dempsey], Sandra [Oh], Sara [Ramirez] and I have been working together more than any of us have all worked together ever. And that’s been really cool because, listen, they’ve all been on the show forever, while in the landscape of the show, I’m “newer.” But we’ve all been there for quite a while, so it’s interesting to see us using that fluency and familiarity to really create scenes that are very hard-earned.

Isaiah Washington: 'Sandra Oh Is A Fantastic Actress'

Once upon a time on Grey's Anatomy, Cristina Yang and Dr. Preston Burke were the show's main angsty couple, and last night Sandra Oh's former co-star Isaiah Washington, was a guest on a Brazilian talk show where he was full of praise for Sandra Oh. Listen to what he had to say in the interview in the video below, and as you can see, the talk show host himself (Jô Soares) seemed to be quite taken by Sandra as well:

Jô Soares: How many years have you been on that show banging that wonderful…

Isaiah Washington: Banging? Woah! Sandra Oh?

Jô: Yes, she's fantastic as a matter of fact.

Isaiah: Yes, she is. She's fantastic. If I miss anything about that show is the experience of working with her. She's a class act. A super power, a talent. I think she's won every award in Canada, cause she's Canadian.

Jô: She's Canadian?

Isaiah: Yeah, she grew up in Canada. So I think that she has won everything except the Oscar in Canada. She's got a Golden Globe and Emmy-noms, so she's a fantastic actress.

Jô: I like, because she almost climbs on you and you had a lot of nice chemistry together.

Isaiah: There's mutual respect there.

Jô: Fantastic.

And this must be the 'climbing' the host is referring to, no?
