Grey's Anatomy: 7.22 'Unaccompanied Minor' - Promos

Here are the promos for the season finale of Grey's Anatomy and it looks like Cristina Yang has a good news/bad news situation coming up. While her nemesis is (maybe) moving to Germany, Cristina finds out she's pregnant - which many of you had already guessed:
