According to TV Line, Meredith and Cristina will barely interact during the episode, which will have a parallel structure splitting its time between Cristina at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and her other half, Meredith, back at Seattle Grace.
There aren't too many details about Cristina's part in the episode, except that she will be assisting Dr. Thomas (William Daniels) on a challenging heart surgery.
