In celebration of Queen Elizabeth's 60 years on the throne, a commemorative medal will be presented throughout the year to 60 000 Canadians who have made significant contributions and achievements in their community.
Sandra Oh is one of the recipients, and tomorrow (September 10) at 9 PM at the exhibit From Far and Wide - Honouring Great Canadians at 90 Wellington Street in Ottawa, Sandra and 29 other recipients will be presented with their Diamond Jubilee medals. Sandra's father, Mr. John Oh, will be there to receive the medal in her honour.
The exhibit is open daily until November.
