NATALIE: How's this for a tease? There will be two interesting surgeries on the midseason finale of Grey's Anatomy.
For the first, a doctor will be required to operate on a person whose identity is concealed.
The second will go so badly that it will derail two careers. (Warning: You will cry like a baby in the baptistry.)
