Ausiello has some good news/bad news in his latest column, depending on how you see things:
Question: That’s great news about Jesse Williams becoming a series regular on Grey’s Anatomy. Let’s hope Shonda does the right thing and pairs him with Sandra Oh. I love me some Jackson and Cristina.
Ausiello: Unfortunately, Williams’ gut is telling him Jastina is not in the cards next season. “My hunch is that if I were to get a love interest, it would be someone new,” he says. “I feel like everyone has been with everyone and most people seem secure in their relationships for now. But I really like working with Sandra so it would be fine by me…But full disclosure, I know nothing. The writers and Shonda have disclosed nothing to me about season 7. But I’m excited for him to make more fully developed relationships with the other [characters]. I want to get myself more embedded and do more doctor work. People always ask about the romance stuff, but I find the hospital business and the surgeries way more fascinating.”

I don't mind Cristina to be with Avery, this is kinda good idea for me actually, as long as this guy can make her happy.
How could a pre-schooler make a woman like Cristina happy?
Just glad they seem to get that this idea is simply ridiculous and that's nothing's there.
As a Cristina/Jackson fan, I wouldn't call this bad news. He was going by a hunch. He 's neither against the idea of C/J nor does he know for a fact that C/J wouldn't happen.
I still think we'll get a lot more of them next season. Cristina doesn't see him as just a pretty boy with a famous last name anymore. He really earned her respect in that OR. Plus, Shonda made it clear that Owen and Cristina ARE broken up and I, for one, am very happy about that.
Right, because Owen makes Cristina so blissfully happy. How can a girl ask for more?
A pre-schooler? He has nothing like a pre-schooler, not mention that this "pre-schooler saved Derek's life." What a badass! He and Cristina can a badass couple.
Cristina and Owen are end game. Even Sandra wants to see the Cristina/Owen relationship grow. After the ridiculous triangle last season, I doubt they will go there again this season. Last season was about a rocky road for CO, this season will be about building their relationship and growing. Love the chemistry between Owen and Cristina and despite the angst thrown at them this season they always came back to each other, that is love.
This is definitely good news for me! I´d love to see Cristina and Jackson become good friends (a bit like Alex and Meredith), but I don't think she'd emotionally connect with him the way she does with Owen. I seriously hope that ridiculous triangle is now really over and that O/C can move forward in their relationship. Owen will still have to deal with his PTSD and it would be a huge step forward if he could talk to Cristina about Iraq and about him and Teddy there. This is actually my wish for the beginning of S7!
I want Cristina and Owen! I'm SOOO happy to hear that Jackson won't get in the way. Jackson and Cristina can be...friends. Cardio-loving friends! And Owen and Cristina can be HOT and AWESOME :D.
i think there was enough Jackson and Cristina in the finale to hint at something may happen... Jackson has really pulled through for C, he saved Derek's and probably her life in the OR.. he was also the one who was by her side the entire surgery not Owen, and in the "rogue surgery" before he was the one who stood on her side ... I LOVE CROWEN but i want Jackson to add some competition...
People say Cris and Owen are endgame cause Shonda said it herself. Hm, as hard as I try to see them being endgame.... *SIGH* sorry, I just cannot see it. Hope Shonda changes her mind. So if Jackson is the guy that is able to make Cris happy, then BRING ON C/J I say!!!! :))
